A potential process in a simple development project.
An initial call clarifies goals, target groups, constraints, and whether an interactive game is the most effective solution.
Together we define learning or marketing objectives, core mechanics, player journeys, and milestones.
In iterative cycles, we build and refine the game, delivering regular playable versions for testing, user feedback, and optimization.
After polishing, QA, and final adjustments, the game goes live on the agreed platform(s). If desired, we support analytics, internal training, or further rollouts.
