From an early age, her interest focused on psychology and human behavior: why people act the way they do, and which environments help them perform and feel at ease. As digital systems increasingly shape everyday life, these questions became even more relevant.
She studied psychology with a focus on cognitive and social psychology and was later selected as a master’s graduate to collaborate with the German Aerospace Center. There, she deepened her expertise in human-system interaction and the design of systems that remain usable and safe even in critical contexts. Alongside this, she worked for several years in marketing and user experience, helping companies design digital products that guide users clearly and engage them over time. This combination eventually led her back to gaming. Games are no longer just entertainment; they are powerful systems for learning, motivation, and escapism, rooted in the human instinct to play.
Building on this understanding, she founded Ninetoplay, publishing internationally successful titles focused on positive escapism and high replayability. In collaboration with MFG Baden-Württemberg, the studio contributes to strengthening the regional games industry and bringing scientific insight into game development. The overarching goal is to design digital systems, games, apps, and platforms, that align with human behavior and create experiences people choose to return to.
